New York Fashion Week

Perhaps the most exciting time of year in New York, Fashion Week leaves the streets buzzing as people of every sort come out dressed in their most provocative/unique/fill-in-the-blank outfits to attend fashion shows, events and parties. The semi-annual New York Fashion Week, branded Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in 2009, is held in February and September of each year in New York City. The fashions are always a season ahead - for example, Fashion Week in September 2010 was showcasing what was coming for spring 2011.

New York Fashion Week, is part of the Big 4 fashion weeks internationally, the others being London Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week [1] The schedule begins with New York, followed by London, and then Milan, and ending the events in Paris.
