When the weather heats up, those soaring temperatures can make feet miserable. Here are a few ideas that will help you avoid blisters and keep feet feeling great all summer long.
Try a cool cucumber epsom salt foot soak. Even better, treat your entire body!
Before bed, take a pair of cotton socks, rinse them in cold water, wring them until they are damp and put them on. Cooling your feet lowers the overall temperature of your skin and body.
Wear open-toed sandals. Let them bask in summer's glory! Of course you'll first need to touch up your pedicure. :)
