So, the word is that Madonna is divorcing from director husband, Guy Ritchie. Maybe Guy got sick of being referred to as “The Wife”. No official announcement has been made, but if they do divorce, I will once again be able to sleep at night, knowing that there will never be another movie like Swept Away.

I spent twenty minutes trying to determine if Rihanna got on the leather leggings train, or if she’s just really good with a can of spray paint. I then proceeded to spent another fifteen minutes trying to determine whether or not Rihanna’s stylist is the biker from the Village People.
Iggy is leathery, Madonna is an inductee, Timberlake is stoned
Well, it look as though years of cone bras, kissing young pop stars and fellating bottles have finally paid off. Last night, Madonna was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Madonna’s back! The Material Girl just released a song with Justin Timberlake titled “Four Minutes” which will be featured on her new CD Hard Candy. The song also features hitmaker Timbaland. I’m eagerly anticipating hearing “Beat Goes On”, a track on Hard Candy featuring rapping ego, Kanye West. I imagine those two could make some hot music together.
The amalgomation of talent like Timberlake, Timbaland and Kanye is a perfect example of Madonna’s undying business sense. She knows who to work with in order to keep herself relevant. I think this is Madonna’s way of feasting on the blood of the young in order to keep stamina for her pilates.

Here’s Madonna at the Berlin Film Festival, where she debuted Filth and Wisdom, a short film she directed. You wanna know what? The movie apparently isn’t horrible. I’m glad Madonna has finally figured out that she’s more use to us behind the camera than in front of it. The only time I want to see Madonna in front of the camera is if she’s singing and dancing on a gondola, kissing black saints, or wearing cone bras. She’s a smart lady, blessed with a keen business sense, but God knows that I can’t sit through another movie like Swept Away or Body of Evidence or The Next Best Thing, because the next best thing would be someone WHO CAN ACT.

This picture is from Madonna’s Live Earth performance back in July. She is looking pretty damn smokin’. She doesn’t look anywhere near her age (and of course, out of respect for the Material Girl, I will not actually mention her age). There’s been rumours recently that Madonna’s been having some work done on her face. Botox and plastic surgery is far more common in Hollywood than most starlets would let on, but Madonna’s not walking around looking like Courtney Love. If she has had work, she hasn’t gone overboard - and botox doesn’t account for her rock-hard bod. I wouldn’t be surprised if she bench pressed Britney after she took her torch back from her.
