Renée wore a pair of Christian Louboutin “Pigalle” pumps for her appearance on the Late Show With David Letterman. The very same sexy shoes were also spotted on Gwen Stefani not long ago:
While I love Renée’s dress paired with the silver Pigalle’s, I have to say, seeing Gwen strut around in those white pumps, while carrying her child, really does make her look like superwoman. However, I will point out, that there is photo of Gwen being helped out of her heels by some burly, tattooed helper boy. CHEATER!
