Here’s Kristen Stewart at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards which was held on Sunday night. Doesn’t she just look thrilled?
Kristen’s wearing a Rock & Republic dress, featuring spikes on the skirt. I suppose this is part of Stewart’s “edgy” look to compliment her role as Joan Jett in the upcoming Runaways biopic. The dress features a plunging neckline that Stewart covered with a white tank, which, while maintaining her modesty, definitely took away from the overall effect of this bold dress.
Kristen wore a pair of Jerome C. Rousseau cut out booties with her dress:
While I do like the booties, the tank top totally ruined this whole outfit for me. Stewart should have just gone with Converses – as she has questionably done in the past.

I totally agree about the white tank top. But I LOVE those booties!!
I think the skirt is more disturbing than the tank top. However, the boots are exceptional. it’s very cute!
