Here’s automaton/fashionista Victoria Beckham modeling clothes from her upcoming dress collection. I like the dress she’s wearing in the picture, although I’m not usually a fan of dresses cut to that length. I’m not the tallest gal in the world, so dresses of this length tend to make me look short. However, Posh – who is the author of That Extra Half an Inch: Hair, Heels and Everything In Between – cleverly matched this dress with a pair of super-high Christian Louboutin “Bianca” pumps. The “Bianca”’s 5.5″ platform heel gives more height to the 5′4″ Posh.
I can say from experience that these trendy super-high heels aren’t the easiest the walk in, however, they always look chic. For a look like this, check out the BCBGMAXAZRIA “Diva”:
Towering heels fit for a “Diva” on a budget! Remember that wearing heels this high isn’t recommended for long periods of time – save them for nights where all you have to do is sit down, cross your long legs and look FABULOUS!
