It took me a very long time to get on board with this whole cut out boot trend, but the likes of Beyonce and Lohan have gone a long way to change my mind…
Anna spotted Lindsay Lohan in a pair of Azzedine Alaia cut-out/gladiator boots the other day, and here’s Beyonce, looking all fabulous in a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti cut-out boots!
I’ve seen many celebs sporting Zanotti’s cut-out booties and cut-out ankle booties, but this is the first time I’ve seen the knee-high versions strutting about, and Beyonce is just rocking this bold look! (Note: She’s holding hands with her 4-year-old nephew, who’s just the cutest PR agent ever).
Cutout boots have quickly risen to the top of my “must have” list. I’ve been browsing Shoehunting and here a few of my favourites…
The Linea Paola “Miladia”, which is a great substitution for the beautiful Martin Margiela boots we’ve seen on Rihanna.
The Pelle Moda “Kammi”, with it’s sexy lattice design atop a 4.5″ heel and covered platform.
The L.A.M.B. “Rasta”, which I think would look fantastic with a pair of liquid leggings!
