Beyonce has come clean about her addiction: “I love those super-high shoes that are out at the moment. I’m addicted,” says the singer.
It appears that B is following the mega-high heel trend that’s rocking the fashion world these days. Five inch plus shoes sound appropriate for someone who calls them self Sasha Fierce.
I imagine heels that high go a long way to make a young starlet feel like the diva she should be. Beyonce, who’s seen above in a pair of the infamous Balenciaga “Lego” heel, claims that she picks up many of the hottest shoes around at photo shoots. This reminds me of one of the great injustices in life: Super rich celebrities will always get the super expensive shoes – for free!
“Free” is an excellent price for a hot pair of shoes that may or may not break your ankles. I remember the first time I saw Destiny’s Child perform on MuchMusic years ago. They performed “No, No, No” and all I remember was watching those ladies dance around in high heels – and they never missed a beat.
