I don’t know about you, but I’m incredibly excited about the new Sex and the City movie coming out this year. I’ve recently been catching up on Carrie Bradshaw and friends’ exploits by renting all the seasons of the Sex and the City series. If there’s one fashion fetish that the Sex and the City girls share with those of you reading this blog, it’s the shoe fetish. From Manolo Blahniks to Christian Louboutins, the Sex and the City girls have slipped their feet into some of the best names in the fashion shoe business.
So, it surprises me that Sarah Jessica Parker (a.k.a. Carrie Bradshaw) has recently sported Aerosoles Tan Power. Aerosoles is a shoe line that’s been known for its comfort, rather than its style or sex appeal. I suppose everyone, including Sarah Jessica Parker, has to take a breather from the mile high heels of high fashion. Always ahead of the season, Sarah Jessica Parker is sporting something more spring/summer than fall/winter. The crisp white dress is reminiscent of summer days in the Hamptons. Nonetheless, she looks absolutely fabulous. The woman who made Carrie Bradshaw famous is a fashion icon herself.
