Jessica Simpson “Hessa” has a Dual Identity
“Hessa” is a model of French elegance with a dark side, much like Catherine Deneuve in the 1967 film, The Belle De Jour. The stylish French film is about Séverine Serizy (Deneuve), a woman torn between two worlds: a beautiful and docile French housewife with masochistic fantasies who secretly becomes a high class call girl working under the pseudonym The Belle De Jour.
Jessica Simpson concocts “Hessa“, a shoe with dual personalities. Looking at the shoe, you wouldn’t imagine that this would have the All-American Jessica Simpson name on it. A shoe like”Hessa” shows the creative range that the Simpson line has. The pointy toe black boot that hits right below the knee would be sophisticated if it were plain; however, the decorative bow and unruly stitch detail reveal otherwise.
