G’ddy up!
Although I can’t say I’m a huge fan of Paddock boots, cowboy boots or horseshoes for that matter, I will say the horse has inspired something I like:

These are the White Mountain Marcus and the Franco Sarto Branzino riding boots. Unlike it’s western cousin, these boots are inspired by English style riding boots. Now everyone can enjoy this look without having to tame a horse or go fox hunting across the wet and foggy English countryside.
Maybe you can remember dressage inspired riding boots and Paddock (or Jodhpur) boots, both riding inspired looks, adorning ladies’ feet in the early nineties. Eventually, both went the way of hypercolor, Crystal Pepsi and Vanillia Ice. Luckily, these slick, tall boots are back, without their short, stumpy Paddock cousin.
A stylish and comfortable choice to pair with some skinny jeans, riding boots are the secret that teeny, tiny jockeys and wee fox hunters have known all along: Riding boots make you look tall. Remember that riding boots have very short heels, so they can have the opposite effect if you pair them with a long skirt - the point is to show off and exaggerate the length of your legs.
Both boots are around 16″ tall and feature stacked heels. The Franco Sarto is available in black and brown leather, while the White Mountain Marcus, which features three cute side buckles, is made from synthetic materials - perfect for those who are looking for a fashionable, all-weather boot for a bargain price.
