The Jessica Simpson “Bella” and Miss Simpson herself channeling Mimi
Just because your sister outshone you does not mean you can get away with wearing shoes like that, Jess.
Do you guys remember these shoes?
I spotted them on Mariah Carey a while back. They looked horrid on her, but somehow, Miss Simpson up there made them worse.
When Mimi wore them, it almost made a bit of sense, as it was kind of campy and kitschy, like the inner drag queen that lives within Mariah’s tightly-clothed vessel. I still didn’t like the look, but it was more of a “Yeah, Mariah would wear that” kind of moment. On Jess, I still get that drag queen vibe, however it’s more of a “drag queen meets clydesdale” kind of vibe.
I’ve never found Jessica’s style to be that fantastic, which is ironic because her shoe line has some very nice specimens. I think Jess should browse through her own shoe catalogue to find some nicer red shoes… Possibly these:
This is the Jessica Simpson “Bella”, a cute mule sandal with a stylish gringham pattern. These shoes remind me of summertime instantly, and I think they would look adorable with Jess’ flowing white dress. What do you think?
