Cameron Diaz is sporting her best accessory- her smile. With co-star Ashton Kutcher by her side, the starlet made an appearance on MTV’s TRL to promote their brand new movie.

Currently, Diaz has got a lot to smile about. According to box office numbers, their movie “What Happens In Vegas” took the #2 spot last weekend making it the current top romantic comedy grossing 20.1 million in the United States and Canada.

“What Happens in Vegas” begins in misfortune. Joy McNally (Diaz) is dumped by her boyfriend and Jack Fuller (Kutcher) is fired from his job. So, they both go with a friend to Las Vegas where Joy and Jack meet. Joy and Jack marry while drunk. Don’t they have laws that prevent drunk people getting married? Anyway, the couple plans to divorce after returning home.

Here’s the catch: one of them wins a huge jackpot after playing the other’s quarter. And trouble ensues. A judge decides that they cannot divorce right away. In order to fuel the plot, the judge wants them to stay together and resolve their issues. The person who does not cooperate gets zilch. The newlyweds scheme to get the money, only to fall in love along the way- hence, the romantic comedy.

Diaz’s smile isn’t the only accessory standing out during her appearance at TRL. Check out her bright orange pumps. Diaz is sporting J Brand jeans with a baseball-style jacket from McQ by Alexander McQueen. She finished off the neutral (and boring) ensemble with colorful shoes.

Like the bright heels that Diaz is wearing? Consider BCBGirls Popiul. These alluring pumps are in a soft velvety suede. BCBGirls always manages to create some of the trendiest designs and Popiul is no exception.
For some reason Diaz’s outfit isn’t doing it for me. The bright heels are fabulous, but the rest is so-so. What would you wear if you were in her shoes?
