Nicole Richie wears boots like Franco Sarto “Tulsa” to traffic class; tells car to ‘giddy up!

Here’s Nicole Richie, sans Joel and Harlow, at her court ordered traffic school classes. Nicole was of course ordered to take these classes after recieving a DUI in December 2006. Let’s hope the new mother now has a “Baby on Board” sticker on her car for the next time she’s driving the wrong way down a freeway.
Nicole is once again exhibiting her unique style in this picture. Although I can’t say that I’m a huge fan of this look, it is classic Nicole Richie. I’m not sure how I feel about the giant hat/giant sunglasses combo. They seem to be working together to make Nicole look like she belongs on a shelf full of shrunken heads.

Sarto cowboy boots are tres cool! I’d rather see them on someone else other than Nicole Richie… but oh well.
They ain’t cheap! But they are super nice.
