Is she or isn’t she? Ashlee Simpson, 23, is fueling rumors of her own pregnancy by refusing to confirm or deny claims during a live TV interview at NBC’s Today on Friday. Perhaps, she’s just trying to heighten her own buzz. Today, Ashlee Simpson debuts her album Bittersweet World and her new fashion collection at Wet Seal.

Despite the rumor mill, Simpson has confirmed her engagement to boyfriend Pete Wentz, 28.

Simpson’s outfit is a vintage inspired ensemble. She is definitely sporting the Spring/Summer ‘08 trend of ruffles. Her shoes are also reminiscent of another era. Simpson is wearing t-strap pumps that are call to mind the flapper fashions of the 1930’s. Her lovely pumps resemble Dollhouse’s Carole. These darling Dollhouse shoes appear innocent with its rounded toe, but also happen to have the scandalous appeal of a 3 1/2 inch stiletto heel. Carole is a playful, yet seductive pump that is sure to garner tons of attention.
