Leighton Meester shines in Via Spiga Amanda

Leighton Meester from Gossip Girls is looking chic in slate gray and pewter.
Meester is best known for her role as Blair Waldorf in book-turned-series about high society Manhattanites, Gossip Girls. The brunette beauty has certainly been a busy girl in the last few days. Meester celebrated her 22nd birthday yesterday and the night before that, the starlet attended the Egyptian Theatre for the big Tinseltown premiere of Newstyle Releasing’s “Remember the Daze.”
If it weren’t for the round metallic sequins, I could have sworn she was sporting something from the simple, yet sophisticated Calvin Klein line. Meester is actually donning a Missoni outfit which explains the funky sequin skirt. Even though metallics are definitely a defining point of the ‘07 Fall/Winter season, I think Meester carries herself well in it. It also seems to be fitting, especially during an evening at the red carpet event.
