In case you didn’t know, Janet Jackson’s Discipline is number one. Apparently, Janet decided to celebrate by stealing Lohan’s leggings and Diana Ross’ weave. It’s hard to believe that someone who dresses like this is “The Sane Jackson”.

I will say that Janet looks fantastic, and obviously worked very hard to lose the extra weight she gained a while back. However, there was no need for Janet to wear leggings. The dress is very beautiful and chic - the leggings just make it look as though she’s trying not to offend our Amish friends with any calf-cleavage. Janet’s not really known for her great style, so I guess I’m not surprised. She’s about a hop, skip and a jump away from shin gaurds and a sparkly glove.

As I said, I do love the dress, and it would have been great if she left the leggings at home and paired her patent leather peep-toes with bare legs. Janet’s shoes are very similar to these by Peter Kaiser:
