Dots are a cutesy addition to any girl’s wardrobe. They’re flirty, fun, and carry a little bit of a retro edge. I don’t think polka dots have ever gone out of style since they’re one of the most classic prints. Vogue explains that super-sized polka dots have a certain “wow factor”.

Betsey Johnson’s Lanica doesn’t have gigantic spots, but these babies certainly has the “wow factor”. I believe Lanica captures the essence of the retro feel. Betsey Johnson’s entire line is fun and flirtatious, it’s no surprise that they were able to create a shoe with that same sort of glamorous pin-up girl appeal.
