I definitely don’t agree with all of Kate Hudson’s outfit, however her shoes are pretty basic and versatile.

First off, let’s hope that the coat isn’t real fur. With P.E.T.A. going around and crucifying the next fur fashionista, public figures have to play it safe. Have you seen what they’ve turned the Olsen Twins into? Holiday trolls! Anyway, aside from the question of the coat being authentic or faux, it isn’t too pleasing to the eye.

The boots do not work with the outfit at all. If she wore footwear that actually complimented the outfit, she may have actually looked almost angelic. However, the brown footwear next to the white ensemble really brings out the fact that she has the complexion of an ice queen.

The boots are nice for day-to-day wear. I could imagine them being worn with dark denim to have sort of that subtle country-esque flair. Nine West Vittore in Brown Leather comes quite close to Kate Hudson’s shoes. I prefer Nine West Vittore because they’re pretty classic and sophisticated with the pointed toe.
